Nottinghamshire Police have launched an appeal for information following the theft of a trailer in Ruddington on Wednesday.
A 2003 registered black and silver two tone Mitsubishi L200 Animal pick-up – similar to the vehicle shown below – was spotted stealing the trailer from a building site at Loughborough Road on Wednesday March 11th at around 6.00pm. The same vehicle was also seen the day before at about 2.45pm in East Leake attempting to steal a caravan from Manor Farm Meadow.
Officers say: “This vehicle is distinctive as it has after-market roof bars (unlike the similar one pictured above). Please be vigilant and secure any caravans, trailers, machinery and such like. Also can owners with CCTV in the locality please check their systems.”

11th Suspect entered Sainsbury’s and removed items and left without making payment. Suspect identified by CCTV and currently wanted by police.
13th Overnight unknown offender entered a car parked on Rufford Road and stole tools.
13th Unknown offender enters Sainsbury’s and stole six packs of meat and a bottle of prosecco.
18th Catalytic convertor stolen from a vehicle parked on Loughborough Road
18th Vehicle entered petrol station and filled up with £40 of fuel and left without making payment
20th Entry forced into a garage on Ling Crescent, nothing stolen.
22nd Catalytic convertor stolen from a car parked on Clifton Road.
23rd Female entered Sainsbury’s and selected items and left without making payment.
25th Person seen on CCTV going through the boot of a car on Loughborough Road.
26th Suspect knocked on a victim’s door on Dunblane Road stating he was there to fit an alarm, whilst in the address stole money. Read more >>HERE<<.
